Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging). Please note:
- Custom or special-order lighting solutions (including made-to-order chandeliers) cannot be returned
- Opened night lights with signs of use are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
- Clearance items marked “final sale” cannot be returned
Important Note for Design-Conscious Customers
Before returning ceiling fixtures or wall sconces, please ensure all original protective packaging materials are intact. We cannot accept returns with damaged packaging that compromises our ability to resell these premium lighting solutions.
Easy Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (return label if applicable)
- Any special packaging requirements for delicate lighting fixtures
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
For ceiling light fixtures and pendant lights:
- Use original packaging with all protective materials
- Include all components (bulbs, mounting hardware, etc.)
- Securely tape all openings to prevent damage
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping)
Refund Details
Your refund will include:
- Full purchase price of returned items
- Original shipping costs if the entire order is returned
Deductions: We may deduct from your refund if items show signs of installation, damage, or missing components.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different lighting solution? We happily exchange:
- Vanity lighting for different finishes or styles
- Recessed lighting for different sizes or specifications
- Lamps for alternative designs within the same price range
For exchanges with price differences, we’ll process partial refunds or invoice for the balance.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping must be via trackable service (DHL/FedEx recommended)
- Customs documentation must clearly mark as “Returned Goods”
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your premium lighting arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Do not install or discard any components
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
We’ll arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you.
