Our Hassle-Free Returns Process
We want you to love your lighting as much as we do. If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

- Product name and reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Confirmation that items are in original condition

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or special-order lighting solutions (including made-to-order chandeliers)
- Opened night lights with signs of use (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance items marked “final sale”
International Returns
For our global customers:

- Customs documentation must mark as “Returned Goods”
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
